The New Zealand Seafood Cookbook

The first cookbook by the Auckland Seafood School, is a collaboration of delicious  recipes and tips by all of the talented Chefs from the school. I was privileged to be able to contribute over 25 recipes to this fabulous book.

The involvement of  all the Chefs in this project was a great insight into the world of publishing and food photography.

It was a valueable chance to gather and exchange stories and tips with all involved.

 The Complete New Zealand Seafood Cookbook

The first cookbook by the Auckland Seafood School was such a success that a follow up was required, with an even stronger focus on the skills section.

Once again the privilege to contribute recipes inspired me once again. It is always a great opportunity  to be involved in with so many talented people sharing knowledge.

Rutherford College Food Technology Kitchen

My current full-time position is with Electrolux Professional as Product Manager and Corporate Chef. This project was designed for the food tech kitchen at Rutherford High School in West Auckland.

There is nothing more satisfying  than to see a project come to completion especially when it is so appreciated by the end-user. The students and teachers appreciate  their new kitchen and I am certain it will inspire the next generation of  talented chefs.
